Abstract

HX-MS is gaining widespread acceptance for its ability to identify changes in protein structure and dynamics. My lab focuses on the application of this technique in various contexts related to pharmaceutical proteins. This talk will review the fundamentals of HX-MS illustrated with some pharmaceutical examples. Areas where HX-MS would benefit from protein modeling and improved informatics will be highlighted.
